日本三霊山の立山剱岳。
吉田博が山籠りし雄大な自然の美の一瞬をとらえた名作。
＊浮世絵の時代から木版画は彫師 摺師 絵師の分業によって創作されてきました。
吉田博はより新しい表現としての木版画の可能性を求めて職人を使うならば自分自身がそれ以上でなければならないと考え、自らが彫り自らが刷った版画を完成させていました。

黒四ダムが出来たおかげで登山家以外の素人でも立山の室堂から立山連峰の日本の山岳地を眺めることが出来るようになりました。それでも室堂からは剣岳の山容は見ることはできません。槍ヶ岳と剣岳は日本の山岳の聖地としてあがめられています。大正期にテントを張り書いたと言われるこの”剣山の朝”は雪渓の残る夏の朝で山頂の上には夏の雲が湧き上がって雄大な山岳の景色を味わうことが出来る傑作です。写真では味わえない作者の思いが伝わってきます。プリントの色彩も素晴らしく眺めていて飽きることがありません。
These are beautiful pictures. The quality is gorgeous. The pictures arrived a little bit later than anticipated due to poor weather conditions, however, the seller was prompt and patient when answering my queries. I promise you, it is worth the wait, the pictures are incredible!

The seller wrapped everything so carefully in beautiful origami and protective paper and even included an extra print from the same artist! The prints were on thick paper. Everything was exactly as described.
Note: shipping services can misplace packages - this had NOTHING to do with the seller, but she was really gracious about sending me additional shipment information to help me track down the package! Thank you 🙏🏼
