*Since the age of ukiyoe, woodblock prints have been created by the division of labor between the engraver, the slitter, and the painter.
Seeking the possibility of woodblock prints as a newer form of expression, Hiroshi Yoshida believed that if he was going to use craftsmen, he himself had to be better than them, so he completed prints that he himself engraved and printed.
