About return

Regarding Damage During Shipping

While we take every precaution with our packaging,

we will address any damage to posters caused during shipping.

 

Posters are packaged to withstand exposure to water,

but if any issues arise due to inclement weather,

please contact us and we will reship the item.

(Please note that we may ask you to provide photos in some cases.)

The shipping method will be determined by our store.

 

Returns, Defective Items, and Cancellations

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items with manufacturing defects.

If an item has a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was shipped, please contact us by email or phone.

The return period is within 7 days of the item’s arrival date.
