It was featured in the Mimata Town newsletter. I'm embarrassed ~ The text and photos are even better than the real thing.

I live in Mimata Town, Kitamorokata District, Miyazaki Prefecture.
I moved here two years ago.

Even though it's a move, it only takes about 20 minutes,
The prefecture has changed.

I like Miyazaki Prefecture.
Even when driving, don't rush.
Prices are low,
Various crops are grown in the fields,
The water is clean...
And for some reason I can feel at peace.

Last month, Emori-san, a member of the Community Revitalization Volunteer Team,
With the cooperation of a tofu shop that opened this year, they came to our house to introduce their products, and that was the beginning of our relationship.
I was interviewed by a public relations magazine.

I thought it was an introduction for new students,
On the day, I brought a piece of paper with me that listed the good things about living in Mimata Town.
Being healed by nature,
The changing of the clouds is magnificent.
I wrote about the kindness and help the children had shown me.

Uchikiba from the Public Relations Division carefully looked over my original drawings, writings, and materials on my past activities.
We had fun talking about this and that and the time passed by in a flash.
"Did I speak properly?"
And that's how it ended.

Shortly afterwards I received an email

Please show me the manuscript.

" Surprised"
The text and photos have a good atmosphere.

It is expressed in a soft way.

How about this?
To which she replied, "I look 10 years younger."
I'm sorry for making such a joke.

I like Uchikiba's photographs.
Every time I look at the photos in the newsletter that is distributed every month, I think, "Wow, that's great!"
The people are photographed very well.
Everyone is happy.
I always thought that.

Thank you for expressing in words and pictures what I was unable to say.
Thank you ❤︎
