I am currently working on a collage called "Door to Space."

A person is a human body.

If that is the case, it would be a mistake.

Our human bodies are made of the same materials as the Earth.

As the Earth changes, our environment, minds and bodies will also change.

That's just how nature is

This is what I felt when I read this poem by Kenji Sensei.

*Kenji Miyazawa is like a teacher to me, so before I knew it, I started calling him Kenji Sensei.

I love Kenji Miyazawa.

There are many works by Kenji that I cannot understand,

It touches my heart deeply, and I feel joy in sharing the same world as Kenji Sensei.

The first poem or story that made me cry

Even when I re-read it, the same parts bring me to tears.

You will be immersed in the magical world of Kenji.

The stars and galaxies that Kenji loved.

As I gazed upon the brilliance of the moon and stars, and the deep colors of the night sky,

There comes a moment when you see a different side of yourself and realize something.

There's something magical about the night sky.

The universe of stars and galaxies that everyone loves

I made a picture of a small door.

This work is called "The Moon and Horses on the Plains."

This is a collage work made of film and washi paper.

The deep, transparent colors of the night sky are expressed on film,

The silhouettes of the moon, horses, and grassland are layered with the soft texture of washi paper.

Today I was only able to introduce one thing,

I will be making this in a series.
